Executive Summary
General Business Description
This section provides the general description of your health care practitioner health clinic that is, what you will do, which form of business ownership will be chosen and why you choose this form. You need to draft a mission statement followed by business goals and objectives and also explains their reasons. In addition, you are required to briefly describe the industry and introduce the products and/or service provided in your clinic.
Marketing Plan
You are required to analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of your proposed clinic. Its product, price, place and promotion should be explained.
Operational Plan
Explain how you will run your clinic? What is the pricing of your products and/or services? Where is your clinic? Why do you choose there? What are your business hours?
Management and Organisation
Practitioners & Specialties
Please provide the profiles of the practitioners working in your clinic.
Please describe in details the specialties that your clinic has and explain how your product works or how the services are used.
Patient Management System
Please indicate how you are going to manage the information related to your patients, such as making an appointment and storing patient records.
Stock Management System
You need to work out a system to manage consumables required by your clinic (eg. Chinese herbs, needles and others).
Financial Plan
You are required to provide capital requirements for start-up expenses and prepare the projections of your proposed clinic for the first 12 months
