My Major and why writing about this topic will be beneficial to me
As my major is from Computer Information systems and I choose this topic of my research paper because knowing laws in cyberspace helps me to know different things like insures that one court is not over run with cases from different districts or jurisdictions, define proper court in which to bring a particular case and to know about regulations of cyberspace.
My thesis
In this paper an attempt has been made to analyze current paradigm being used for determination of cyberspace jurisdiction in India.
Approach to the subject of my paper
I would like to go with brief description about Jurisdiction in cyberspace with detail information about the regulation of cyberspace, Indian and International Law with explanation of a case.
Intended audience
Helps learners to understand in depth about jurisdiction in cyberspace in India and it also helps the readers to know the difference between International Law and Indian Law.
It helps a basic knowledge reader who may be from any field to know how important cyber law is and where he must go to file a suit and some of the laws associated with it.
Documentation Style
I would like to follow APA Style.
