1.This module aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop reading, writing, listening and speaking skills by engaging in effective communication in various business environments (e.g. tourism, management, social responsibility).
2.This involves developing awareness of different cultural approaches in business situations, and appropriate language demands, both spoken and written.
3.These requirements include both understanding and knowing how to perform the activities.
4.The teaching hence will promote both independent learning and the ability to work in groups.

What is reflection?

1.Reflection is a form of personal response to experiences, situations, events or new information.
2.It is a ‘processing’ phase where thinking and learning take place.
3. There is neither a right nor a wrong way of reflective thinking, there are just questions to explore.
