Opportunity: This business idea was selected after monitoring the present life-style of individual people and busy work schedules of business organizations. Even in educational institutes the majority do not find time to organize their personal spaces properly. It is essential to organize your place, in order to showcase sustainability, accessibility, safety and customer/personal satisfaction (Massaand Tucci2013). Decluttering is important, but one needs a good professional team that can help to declutter things without affecting surroundings or future results.

Organize Wise is owned and managed by Lateefa Al Mheiri. During the first year, the manager will be taking responsibilities of marketing, and financial aspects. Whereas, for operations, two supervisors and six organizing SMEs will be hired to carry out the service. A technical assistant will be in charge coordinating. In regards to accounting, a part time outsourced accountant will be hired.

Currently, there is only one competitor in the market (Declutter Me Dubai). Moreover, in order to perform the work, some projects will require organizing boxes and dividers which will be also provider to consumers.
Our services will be differentiated from other competitor by offering consultation and several options/ packages. Our services strength is the service is not limited to individuals only but also to companies. In addition, technologies will be used throughout the process such as virtual consultation and before and after short movies for documenting purposes. On the other hand, the only weaknesses we considered that the services will be limited at the beginning for only two cities in UAE however, the plan is to expand to the other cities in future.
Price: competitive pricing strategy will be sat to attain competitive advantage. Pricing will be based on selected packages. Hence, multiple pricing will be offered based on requirements and time frame. Price range will be between AED 2000 to AED 8000 per service for the first year. In addition, there will be discounts offered for return customers and seasonal discounts. For outsourced products there will be markup added on the original price.
Place: Organize Wise office will be located in Shahama area which is located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The reasons behind choosing this area is low rent costs. However, Service will be performed in customer place such as: houses, apartments, shops, companies, stores, schools, etc.
Promotion: The promotion methods will be used:
• Website: a user friendly and interactive website will be developed in order to show all the updates and services provided.

7.2 Sources of Funds
Startup cost will be covered from first secured amount already available of AED 500,000. In addition, one million dirhams will be as family loan without interest that need to be returned within two years. In future the plan is to grow through increase sales, profit reinvesting in the business instead of taking another debts.
7.3 Revenue Generation
Organize Wise expect to conduct two customers per day during the first year. Based on the fact that we provide services and it is all need to be scheduled ahead and only two teams are hired for the first year. This will be increase to four or five customers per day by year two due to the increase in teams too. During weekend it should be slightly less busy with performing only one day per weekend. Hence, it will be only one customer per weekend to allow off days for the team. The average service will be AED 4000 per service for first year and AED 5000 for year 2. The list of packages and prices will be ranged between AED 2000 to 8000 for first year. Expectation for the first few months to be slower starting however, after gaining reputation demand will be increasing.
Staff wages will be our top expenses along with rent cost and care rental fees and fuel. In regards to advertisements it will be moderate advertising and advertisement will mostly be through social media, website and word of mouth at the beginning. Cars will be rented for the first years in order to save repairer and registration fees. In addition, there are other expenses as training and utilities.
Using these assumptions, AED 192,000 is our projection in sales for each month and AED 2,304,000 for first year. For detailed breakdown refer to Appendices no. 10.1 & 10.2.
8.0 Contingency Plan and Exit Strategy
An important element to the business plan is to have a compact exit strategy that will enable to turn operation over to another entity or individual with minimizing as much losses as possible. Organize wise will have two possible exit strategieseither passing the firm to a successor or selling it to a third party. Depending on which has the best outcome for the firm, at the given period of time, the method will be chosen. First, passing the organizing company to a successor. Based on certain criteria, the fit candidate will be chosen to take control, this can be a family member keeping in mind to have this person ties aside when deciding in order to see Organize Wise successfully continuing to operate. Another possible exit strategy will selling the company to a third party, after advertising the company for sale, in order to get as many interested investors. This way competition between interested individuals might occur, enabling the benefit cost of the company to rise.
