• Introduction – scope of this article is the application of marketing systems and community engagement in the Milo case study.
• Literature review: Write a literature review about marketing system and community engagement and how they both relate (this is what I read about marketing systems/community engagement and this is what I think these are – include theories) = The Table (words in the table are not included in the word count)
