Working individually, each student is to pick a Multinational Corporation (MNC). Location of the company does not matter.
2. Based on the chosen organization, students will need to identify at least two different markets that the organization currently exists in.
3. Student will need to critically analyze the various entry strategies that the organization has adopted across the different markets and how they have been successful in deploying the entry strategy.
The report must incorporate a PESTEL analysis to assess the international business environment and how this had affected the organization’s decision on their chosen entry strategy.
