Assignment-1 Template and Guideline for Collection of 6 weekly ePortfolio Pages to generate a single Secret URL First of all, you need to submit only your Secret URL web link as your ePortfolio assignment. See the below Word page and use as a template: NOW, to generate your ePortfolio and Secret URL go to Moodle COIT20250 course web site. On the course home page, under the NETWORKS SERVERS block, click on CQU Portfolio link. Complete all 6 portfolio pages and name them as appropriate such as Week-3 to Week-6 (in my example below I name them as Portfolio-1 to Portfolio-6 as a demonstration to you). Once you completed all the portfolio pages follow the below steps: Click on Portfolio, then Pages button as below (you may have a similar one as below): Then, click on Collections button, followed by clicking on the New Collection at the right hand side, you will get the screen as shown below. Provide appropriate Collection name and short description. At the bottom section, click on Next: Edit Collection pages. You will see similar page as below: Select (tick) all your relevant portfolio pages to collect (from Week-3 to Week-8; in my own case from Portfolio-1 to Portfolio-6 as a demonstration to you) and click – Add pages to see similar to below: Then, click Done to see similar to below: Then, click on Share button, and you will see a similar one (in my case, the first raw collection is the one I need to have a Secret URL (you might have only one raw item). Finally, click on Secret URLs button that belongs to ePortfolio Assessment-1, to get a new Secret URL web link that you need to submit for your assignment on the Moodle, assignment submission section as below (that is the http link). Now you have the Secret URL web link to submit it. We will access your ePortfolio assignment by using this web link. So when I copy my own Secret URL web link (such as http://mahara.cqu.edu.au/view/view.php?t=...etc) into my Web browser, it shows as below screen shot. As you see all my 6 portfolios are under the ePortfolio Assessment-1 as one collection. When I click let say Portfolio-1 (or Week-3 in your case) then I should be able to see that week’s portfolio content details. All others are in similar manner. In brief, a single Secret URL web link will allow us to access all your ePortfolio works. We wish you all the best. Enjoy your learning please. Raj Sandu, course coordinator
