• Language is a purpose of people to share their views, feelings and it is only way of communication.

1. The isolation myth: - It makes an effort on human beings to study non-verbal communication in isolation from whole system of our communication.
2. The key to success:-this myth guarantee us to understand secret codes of non-verbal behavior will make us a successful person in our life.

• It’s about the believe that what ethical guidelines should be beneficial for cyberspace.
• There are two opposite ethical guidelines: changes in old policies and laws, another one is two adopt new polices and laws.

• Intercultural culture is a study that communication over different culture and also social groups.
• We all are facing cultural difference in our daily life.

• It was first proposed by Salovey and Mayer in 1990.
• It’s the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and also know how to handle interpersonal relationship.

• Get as much information as possible from the person interviewing you.
• Sell yourself and what you have to offer.
• Demonstrate your communication skills.
• to persuade another person to adopt an idea or course of action.
