Only 1 lYo of the organrzations in our sample earned a 515 on leveraging emotional intelligence. Those with a 4 or 5 out of five are getting better marks from ernployees. In this camp, respondents say EQ is important because it's part of the culture and competitive advantage. For example, this President from the sector of Business & Industry, in Mexico, wrote: "EI is fundamental for improving communication, relationships, collaboration, teamwork and increasing self-esteem and enjoyrng work."
