ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR: Assessment Description: You will give a presentation about a chosen company’s performance in relation to organisational behaviour. The chosen company will be a Top-100 company publicly listed at the ASX. The financial performance of the business should be analysed through the lens of organisational behaviour theory, looking at areas such as leadership, culture and structure. You are to highlight any current issues or successes. Ensure that you present graphically at least 5 years results in sales revenue, profit and share price. The structure of your analysis for the report and the presentation will be as follows: Title Slide 1 Introduction 2. A snapshot of the company: products, revenue, share performance. 3. A summary of the company’s current OB-related issues 4. Current management successes. For example, a successful change management strategy implemented by the current management team. 5.
