In this subject you can bring to bear all of the learning in your education and life experience up to now, including accounting, marketing, research and HR. Every organisation has a strategy. Every organisation can improve their strategy. In this subject you will discover how to analyse existing strategies and how to formulate improved strategies. We will also consider how to handle the complexity and uncertainty which characterise modern business. Students will learn how to participate in strategy discussions, select, communicate and implement strategy in preparation for their career.
