The Induction Training Programme must include: • The specific individual and organisational needs the induction training programme meets. • The objective of the induction training programme. • The key content and associated activities you would include in the induction training programme on the first day of employment. • Specific, appropriate examples of two on the job and two off the job training methods you would use that cover the relevant induction content.
