TASK
This is an individual assessment that extends the first assignment. Taking the perspective of the organisation examined in Assessment Item 1 students are to select one of the following:
1. Governance
2. Innovation and Entrepreneurship
3. Knowledge management and eCommerce
Students are to provide an overview of the chosen area and assess how it would be utlised by the organisation as a means of enhancing business practice.
The format of the assessment is a report of 1500 words in length.
Students are to demonstrate knowledge of the subject matter by:
Defining relevant terms, theories and concepts presented in topics 6-8.
TOPIC 6 - GOVERNANCE OPTIONS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORGANISATIONS

REPORTS
• Have appropriate headings and sub-headings for sections which are numbered.
• May include material such as tables and figures. If the tables/figures are not too large (less than ½ of a page) they can be included in the body of the report. Alternatively, if large, include in the appendices at the end of the report.
