ASSESSMENT 2: Practical group exercise and presentation (Report and Presentation) DUE: Report on Week 11 Presentation From Week 10 to Week 12 Tasks: In this assessment students must form project groups of 2 to 4 (maximum) students. Each group must identify a potential business venture incorporating a new or emerging technology and produce a report on their venture to the class. The presentations should include reference to acquisition of the technology for the new venture along with any difficulties that might be expected such as legal problems, support, etc. The project should also make reference to any potential risks. Groups are expected to work collaboratively, but also to identify a local businesses or industries which might provide either direct assistance or act as advisers. It is expected that presentations will last between 20 to 30 minutes with each group member playing a designated role. The report should be approximately 2,500-3,000 words and should include reference to the roles and contributions of each member of the project group.
