It will form the foundation of this assessment. Key Findings from research: Recommendations from research:   PART 1 - VISION and VALUES - Briefly describe the ministry organisation, its context, its history and its vision and/or mission (200 words) So, my ministry organisation is a TV production company located in the suburbs of Sydney working locally whilst having most of the work predominantly online. Our company doesn’t really have a lot of history as it’s a new business that has been created but believe we can grow through hard work and consistency. The context and the reason why I would make this company is to hopefully make films that inspire both Christian and non-Christian people and ultimately leave them with a question or an idea that leaves them thinking. I believe there is great need for Christian films and videos to change and be more relatable to everyone today including non-Christians. Our values are that we believe in creating quality work and building relationship with the community we work with. The vision of our company is to echo God in all spheres of media from pre to post production whilst keeping to the upmost standard faithfully and professionally. The mission for our company is to reach to community and connect people from different walks of life through the art of media and communications. PART 2 – GOALS Describe three to four goals that the organisation should focus on achieving over the medium to long term. Provide background and rationale for each objective. GOAL 1 Describe your Goal: To make our company’s presence more aware via social media Vision and Mission - Discuss how this goal will fulfil the vision and mission of the organisation. (refer to your answer in Part 1) This relates to our vision and mission statement by us wanting to reach not only our immediate community but all people wherever they live. Since we are predominantly an online company it is important to have a social media presence for advertisements and to showcase previous work to hopefully gain clients. Values - Discuss how this goal lines up with or will be shaped by the values of the organisation. This goal lines up with our company’s values because like I said having a good social media presence helps advertise our company and our work to people anywhere in the world and is an effective way of sharing our business. By maintain a good social media presence it allows us free advertising and the opportunity to reach a more diverse clientele. Stakeholders a) List key stakeholders who have (or in a real situation, would have) been consulted and their feedback. b) Explain why they are key stakeholders. - Risks - List potential or likely risks to the successful attainment of this goal. A risk that could be faced is that there is a lot of competition on social media so to stand out you have to be different from the rest so if your advertisement isn’t loud or doesn’t capture its audience then we wouldn’t have any clients Another risk that could be faced is that we have to be specific in the way we present ourselves on social media we want to be professional but also be presentable to other people, so just balancing that. GOAL 2 Describe your Goal: Location: we want to be accessible Vision and Mission - Discuss how this goal will fulfil the vision and mission of the organisation. (refer to your answer in Part 1) Although most of our work is predominantly online we still have a headquarters where we work and have a studio to film things.
