This company produces electricity by the means of renewable resources such as solar, wind and by storing electricity it. Its aims is to give all the relaxations such as paying bills, online accounts and something like that to be unique among others. Critical issue that origin energy faced is the shortfall in the demand of investors as by $2.5 billion. Company believes that $1.4 billion will be generated from the fund raising managers and remaining from the trade shareholders.As origin energy is a firm of producing electricity there it generates electricity from wind and sun also by storing the electricity. The main objective of this company is to provide the applicable and reliable energy supply to its customers. The chief executive of origin energy said that the investors watch for the action. If it does not happen there will be many risks arise for the company internally as well as externally. For example due to this critical issue there was a collapse in oil prices (Robins, 2017). Discussion There is a SWOTanalysis for the company that if there are strengths found in the company then it will get advantage of it. If there are weaknesses in the company then this will results in loss to this as in origin energy. The other thing is opportunities as origin energy has many opportunities like generating electricity from many means then and have a lot of customers he have then it have to focus on the goal and do anything for achieving it. Like it have to overcome the shortfall analysis. Moreover threats are also there to the origin energy but it have to solve the issues coming in it like it may cause or become threat to it (Hill, T., & Westbrook, R. (1997). Pestle analysis can also be done on this company like first of all the political factor comes its mean the issues going on with the government of this company and then economic factor comes which means the exchange and interest rates effecting the origin energy. Then there come social and technological factors that whether the company is how much strong means how much strong it are socially as well as technologically. After that legal factors comes in pestle analysis in this the things or product sold by the company comes upwards or seen like which type and at which cost origin energy is giving or providing electricity to its customers (Srdjevic, Z., Bajcetic, R., &Srdjevic, B. (2012). In any business there are many functions that are effecting it like the partners of the company whether they have links with one another and the meetings held in it the company about resolve and to manage the company needs and environment as well. Also the administration of the company have great impact in running the company. Investors are also the backbone of the company like if they invests this ultimately defines the success of that company but in origin energy there is the shortfall comes due to the investors shares for example of $2.5 billion. Moreover the product also effects the most as in origin energy they are selling the electricity to the investors by renewable recourses and by making dams, by wind energy also by solar energy. The factor which is to be kept in mind is to give the fast and reliable service to the customers as well to make a good impression on the investor also on the customers ( Mogensen, K. E., Lewerenz, M., Reboul, J., Lutfalla, G., &Uzé, G. (1999). There are many risks that organization like origin energy have to keep an eye on it like economic risk as how much the company is economically strong or not. Health, environment and safety risks also effects like origin enegy is an electricity providing company and it have to do the things for the workers safety which are working in it company have not to only thinks about the advantages or money but it have to look or an eye on the risks also. Security risks also have an impact on company like how much secure is the company or how much secure is the business of the company. Insurance and business management risks also matters a lot with in the company like if the company is insured then there is no any stress on the manager and the higher authorities of that company like as in origin energy. Financial risks also matters a lot in the company that how much the company is financially strong or weak. Like origin energy have a shortfall this factor is somehow connected to the financial risk. Maintenance risk also matters how company is being maintained by the employers and higher authorities(Reason,2016). Moreover porters five forces also have great impact on the company like threat of new entrant is there in the company. If it so, then there is decrease of profit in all the firms. Also threats of subtitles is there whether the other firm is using the company name or products and them it his product or name. bargaining power of customers is there as to put the organization under pressure by the customers (Grundy, 2006). Conclusion It can be concluded that the company have to be aware or familiar with all of the risks such as there the risk interfering most is financial risk in the origin energy. Also it have to work on its organization and ask or teach them how to work with keen interest so that no other issues the company have to face in the future. It is very difficult for the organization to overcome such a great issue like shortfall ouucers as discussed above. Company have to work as it can estimate the upcoming issues or threats that will com in the future. By this the company will be saved by the great loss. Recommendations It is to be recommended that the company have to work like a team like its employers have to understand each other as well as the investors of the company.
