You will apply your chosen method to solving the quality problem in the case study. You will then research your chosen method/topic and prepare a Power-Point presentation. in your power point presentation you need to address the following to show a full understanding of LO4. 1. A general overview of the chosen method for evaluating quality and its application to the issues in the case study facility. 2. identification of problem areas relating to quality in the case study. 3. outline possible solutions and strategies for improving service quality in the facility. 4. involving service users in the problem solving effort (using techniques such as questionnaires, focus group, etc) 5. the advantages and strengths of the chosen evaluation method. 6 Limitations of the chosen method.
