Assessment 3 – Research Report Due: Length: Conditions: Weighting: Requirements Sunday of Week 13 5500 words Individual
50% • Students are required to undertake a research project involving industry. After acquiring knowledge regarding how to conduct research, and possible problem spaces to research in, the student will be required to apply these skills in practice. The student should engage with an organisation to undertake this research project in. 
 • Students are required to present a final written report based off their research project. This should follow the generic structure outlined in the study guide (topics 9-10). 
 • The study guide corresponding to this unit, in combination with the lecture material and textbook have been designed to equip the student with everything that they need to undertake this work integrated learning research project. 
Milestones 
 • At the end of week 6 students would have completed their research proposal. 
 • By week 7 students should have finalized their research tools, and be seeking to administer 
them in their selected organisation 
 • By the end of week 9 student should be analysing collected data 
 • By the end of week 11 students should have obtained the results from the data analysis, and be in the process of writing up their report in final draft form. 
 • Students are encouraged to email their unit tutor if they require further assistance after exhausting all support materials present in the study guide.
