(a) Describe the medical social work profession. Analyse the key roles of a medical social worker. (18 marks)

Identify and describe three (3) social programmes or services that the government has introduced to meet the rising needs of Singapore’s ageing population. Apply your knowledge of each programme or service illustrating its target group, purpose and its features. (30 marks)
