I want to analyse only one problem according to 4 main sections as I explained below. (500 words)
1. Problem Identification and Analysis
Want to analyse here, as the problem:
Human resource practises and policies – about their Reward system.
Because the case study says, Jack earns more than Matt “when I found out that he was earning more than me well it really made me mad”)
In here Want to integrate theory and to reference (Only journal articles after 2012)
2. Generation and Evaluation of Alternative Solutions (more than one) for this problem
Want to provide relevant theory or theories to explain the reasons for identifying this as a problem and also practical solution to the problem.
3. Recommendation
Briefly justify your choice. Which is the best option and why it is? (Don’t use the same theory here which is mentioned above)
4. Implementation
Here you should specifically explain how you would implement the recommended solutions. You have to translate theory into actions. You should also include who should do what, when, in what sequence, what it will cost and other such issues. Remember if a recommended solution cannot be realistically implemented then it is no solution at all.
