Please complete an argumentative essay on ONE (1) of the following topics
1- Discuss the arrival of Airbnb and other similar providers into the ‘accommodation space’ and argue whether they should be seen a threat to the Accommodation Industry or if you think they will provide a benefit. Construct your argument from both a guest & Hoteliers point of view.
2- Discuss 4 different issues that hotels are facing currently and how it affects the operations and profitability of the property. Review in detail each of these issues and provide alternative solutions to assist in overcoming these issues.
3- Discuss Dynamic pricing and the advantages and disadvantages it can offer a hotel. Cite examples from throughout the year from different regions and pay close attention to special events and “peak and non-peak’ periods”
An Argumentative essay is a genre of writing that requires the student to investigate a topic, collect, generate, and evaluate evidence; and establish a position on the topic.

Developing Claims and Counter Claims fairly Writer hasn’t made any attempt to develop their argument. Writer has developed their argument however has not attempted to mention the reasons as to why the counter argument is not correct. Providing evidence to back up argument made Writer has provided no evidence to pack up their position. Writer has provided some evidence to pack up their position but only from one or two sources. The writer has provided evidence from varying sources to back up their argument. 20
Clarity of writing and writing technique It is hard to know what the writer is trying to express. Writing is convoluted. Misspelled words, incorrect grammar, and improper punctuation are evident. Writing is generally clear, but unnecessary words are occasionally used. Meaning is sometimes hidden. Paragraph or sentence structure is too repetitive. Writing is crisp, clear, and succinct. The reader can clearly understand what the writer is saying and paragraphs flow into each other. 15
Conclusion:
The writer has not written a conclusion to sum up the writing. The writer provides concluding remarks that show an analysis and synthesis of ideas occurred. Some of the conclusions, however, were not supported in the body of the report. The author was able to make succinct and precise conclusions based on the question. Insights into the problem are appropriate. Conclusions and the question are strongly supported in the report. 10
