The learning will will look at learning the concept of team development, leadership attributes and the skills required to form, lead and organise teams. The assignments has two parts and in the latter part the learners will learn about how conflicts are resolved and various communication methods. Scenario The TV series Apprentice is a reality game show in the UK which is hosted by Sir Alan Sugar and he has hired you as his next apprentice. The role requires you to be aware of the importance of team work and leading a team when required. In order to demonstrate your team working ability he has asked you to lead his new project and make is successful.
