The preparation and presentation of the group report and presentation requires the students (in groups comprising maximum 4) to undertake a process of investigate research, evidence of this process shall be reflected in the structure, content and clarity of the submission. QUESTION Using the global financial crisis (GFC) of 2009 as a point of reference, prepare a report detailing the appropriate marketing and procurement strategies as employed by the Australian construction organisations. The discussion would include what is meant by 'marketing strategy' and an assessment of the behaviour of the firms and how the construction industry would cope in similar GFC situation using the Porter's five competitive forces. Demonstrate your answer with clear examples.
