The plan for forming fact finding include the following of seven steps such as studying and analyzing the existing documents and forms, researching and visiting websites for gathering relevant data, observing appropriate data for the organization, developing an appropriate questionnaire for the asking to the people, interviewing with people, making joint application development, and rapid application development. Interviews: The interview is an option that would depict the verbal communication with some people for gathering information for the assignment (Heagney, 2016). The interviews provide an accurate set of data for any topic from a person by asking some questions or getting to know his/her ideology. Documentation review: The documentation review is an analysis of the effective and relevant documents related to any topic by any means (Kerzner, 2013). There are many journals and articles that are available on any topic and it can be reviewed for checking its accuracy before collecting the data. Observation: It is a visible evaluation of any activity for deducing any inference from it (Heagney, 2016). The observation is done by exploring the ongoing operations or activities for the topic or by developing ideas for getting shrewd ideas on the topic. Questionnaire: The questionnaire is development of appropriate and informative questions relevant to the operations of the project (Park and Lee, 2014). The questionnaire would be helpful in evaluating the prospect of the individuals towards the topic of conversation. Research: The research process is helpful for evaluating the concept of analysis for the operations of the project (Kerzner, 2013). The research process is combination of major intakes for data collection by the various researchers and authors. These methods would be helpful for evaluating the data accumulated for the project purpose. The research method is the most prior method for forming the data collection. There are various methods by which the research process can be done and they are searching online journals, reviewing published articles, and newspaper sources. All these would provide optimal methods for collection of data for any research process. Task 5: Organization Chart The RTB organization is a retail organization that provides the benefit of providing their customers with the benefit of approximate useful commodities in the organization. The organization follows the traditional Brick and Mortar and webs services both (Baskerville and Wood-Harper, 2016). The inclusion of the methods had resulted in developing operations like information processing, development of sales process, and formation of large scale operations. The organization structure has been shown in the chart below, Figure 4: Organizational Chart for the RTB retail organization (Source: Created by the author in MS-Visio) Individual Stakeholders Roles for Interviewing Process List of Objectives Business Developer Developing the traditional and Web services for the organization RTB Requirement of business development Aligning traditional and online operations Project Director Development of project operations and getting approval from the stakeholders Stakeholder engagement in project Requirement of business development Public Relation HR Managing the customer’s relations with the organization Relational development of the public Formation of the customer and business relation Web Services manager Online facilities development process Requirement of online services development IT Team Leader Leading the newly formed team in the organization IT activities in the organization Task 5: AS-IF process for the Organization Figure 5: AS-IF diagram for the operations of RTB (Source: Created by the author) The Review Process of the Stock Available would provide an analysis of the operations in the organization. The influence of the information system at the delivery reload would provide the beneficial in the organization (Baskerville and Wood-Harper, 2016). The RTB organization is a retail organization that provides the benefit of providing their customers with the benefit of approximate useful commodities in the organization. They had resulted in developing operations like information processing, development of sales process, and formation of large scale operations. Task 6: Report to Top Management The following report had been made for evaluating the ongoing processes of the project operations. The top management (CEO) had to manage the functions of the project and organization. Objectives: The report would provide an insight on the development process for the RTB organization.
