Purpose of this assignment
The purpose of the assignment is to provide understanding of the skills and knowledge of performance improvement in the workplace, through understanding the importance of staff training and development by identifying training needs, translating these needs into training programmes, and evaluating their success.
Scenario
Your are working in a small company which has 5 employees, all working in different department within the organization. The manager found out what training needs each individual will need for their role within the department. You are asked by your manager to produce a report describing the individual needs of each of the staff members within the organisation
Task 1 (LO 1) P1, M1, D1 (Report)
P1 - Explain how the training needs for an organisation are linked to the different levels within its structure

Scenario
A College has plans to expand by offering Level 3 courses for 19+ learners and wants guidance on planning and managing a training programme. This may require existing staff to develop new skills, and may include training new staff and also lead to changes in job

Scenario
You are part of a workplace HR team and have been given the task of coordinating the training needs of a diverse range of employees across ZEE Company. To do this you will create a training leaflet to show typical training available.
To achieve P3, the learner is required
