This research paper is primarily concerned with the implementation of IT4ITtm in Delta Lloyd. in this assignment, researcher is trying to excavate, the reason behind adopting T4ITtm in workplace. Management of Delta Lloyd is facing trouble with their IT system; in order to mitigate IT related issues Delta Lloyd has adopted T4ITtm. With the help of this system, IT related problems could be curtailed within organization. Delta has announced that they adopt IT4IT open standards to handle its IT related issues (Simonsson & Ekstedt, 2006, July). Delta Lloyd is banking service provider organization and management has to provide efficient service in accomplishing customers’ demand. It is the sole responsibility of the management and employees of the organization to take care of the customer’s demand. In order to sustain the position of the organization in the global competitive market, it is necessary to adopt this technology. Delta Lloyd is a large financial institution with 6665 employers and total turnover of the organization is 620 million pound. Now the organization is trying to step into Medical Insurance sector.
Background and justification for IT4IT adoption:
This is considered as the unique approach as provides common information model to manage entire IT system.
