So much so that the PCYC head office is now looking to repeat the same projects in other locations. In finalising the project, your manager has asked for a report that can be used as a template for future similar projects. He also wants to know how the end results of your project are to be maintained by the staff as well as information regarding the budgeted vs actual spend for the project.
