You are required: • To explore and analyse the issue drawing upon theoretical insights and literature covered in this unit and elsewhere and • To tease out key implications and lessons learned for leadership based on the exploration of the issue. In responding to the task, you are required to demonstrate advanced technical and communication skills as evidenced through your ability to • analyse and synthesise relevant literature to substantiate your position/argument • write in a clear, fluent and scholarly way using accurate grammar, punctuation and spelling and • use appropriate APA referencing conventions.
