Conclusion, evaluation and recommendation Task 1: Design a Research proposal (AC 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5) Formulate a research proposal on a topic of your interest relating to health and social care. Mitigating Circumstances Mitigating circumstances can be defined as circumstances that are unexpected, significantly disruptive and beyond the control of the student, which could not be reasonably predicted or accommodated by the student and which affects student’s ability to meet assessment deadlines or impairs the performance of the student in assessment.
