From this, we can see that the average age of between the postcode (38 Years of age) and Australia (36.9 Years of age), is that there are adults who are living in suburban areas probably living in the comfort of a family area with or without their families and having work close to home and maybe a few that travel to the city.
From the table below, even more informative, is that there are mostly elderly people (4.4% and 3.2%) living in the area probably because the kids have left home to pursue their future and leaving the parents their parents living in that area. (ABS, 2011)
