Training and Development Pro forma For your session as part of the Individual and organisational learning and development module you will be required to give the following information and it is suggested that you use the headings and table below as your guide. Please note that your outline of the programme and details of your 15 minute session, together with your slides for that session (if applicable), should be handed to your seminar tutor in Week 9, irrespective of which week you are actually presenting. FOR YOUR PROGRAMME 1. Identify the specific group of learners 2. Identify their specific training/learning needs (tna) 3. Specify the overall aim of the whole l&d/learning intervention 4. State the specific learning outcomes be met to achieve the overall aim 5. Provide an overall outline of the programme, indicating content/session headings and timings FOR YOUR 15 MINUTE SESSION 6.
