Change Theory Paper
The change theory paper is to demonstrate the knowledge of change based upon a root cause analysis. Conduct a root cause analysis on some safety issue, staff concerns, management/leadership problem or a risk management issue. Once the analysis of the root cause has been determined discuss the change theory you plan to use (not Lewin) to solve or improve the outcome desired (see grading rubric).
