1 INTRODUCTION
1.1.1 Application of plan
A project is being conceived for the purpose of the Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park Project. It is to facilitate the resort with an improved and better front office services, back office management in likes of the food, kitchen and the service management, housekeeping, furniture, IT facilities and other amenities. It would definitely help the resort grow by providing a host of great and better facilities to its guests.
2 QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
2.1 QUALITY STANDARDS
The quality standard is a crucial aspect for the Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park Project which needs to be considered to enhance the quality of the services rendered there. To do so a monitoring mechanism need to be implemented in the organizational process to track the progress of the project ensuring of the project quality (Verzuh, 2011). It is necessary for the project sponsors to abide by the prescribed rules and regulations so that the construction process in due course of the project does not hamper the environment or the local laws prevailing there. The project is required to strictly follow the guidelines of the ISO 9001:9002 to undergo a quality safety and security check. The strength of the concrete used in this case would be approximately 32 MPa and the equipment need to abide by the standards of ANZ 1243, 1428.2 and 1428.1 in accordance to the Standards Australia 2016.
2.1.1 Quality Metrics
The quality metrics in association with the recognized standards strives for a continuous improvement progression. Its benefit lies in its maintenance and improvement of the quality project in terms of developing the Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park Project. The element of continuous development and improvement of the resort would be undertaken with the help of the CIP 35 testing for evaluating the project equipment and other deliverables (Heagney, 2012).
2.2 QUALITY TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES
Tool Description
Flow chart It assess the potential issues in the project scope to find out a resolution to it for a smooth and efficient compilation of the project process (Rendal, 2013).
Control chart It is the quality tool that is being used for predicting any sort of faults that the project possess in its due course for the purpose of craving out solutions at an immediate level (Verzuh, 2011).
2.3 RECORDS
2.3.1 Project Quality Register
Quality register is a very crucial document to find out the right quality management techniques and tool to set apart a qualitative standard for the purpose of the project. It does consider the quality metrics shouldering the responsibilities of the project manager, senior users and others associated to the project to uphold its quality (Heagney, 2012). The project quality register would carry forth two copies like a hard and a soft copy that would be necessarily used for recording purposes.
3 QUALITY GOVERNANCE AND TIMING
3.1 REPORTING
The quality management reporting goes with the status report as it entails a variety of information for its progress in collaboration with the project quality status.
