it's about invoicing process.
we're using LEAN System to improve the process and we already changed some of the process in red color.
My part of this assignment is :
RESEARCH & WRITE THE DELAY REDUCTIONS (EXPLAIN WHAT'S 'WRONG', THE REFERENCE LEAN LITERATURE TO CATEGORIZE & IMPROVE, ID WHAT STATS ARE NEEDED & ASK FOR THEM
So as we’re using Lean to improve process:
explain what's wrong with process
(too much delays, minimize disorderly work/directions, reduce HR resources/cost required)
portray obstacles to reducing delays, removing disorderly aspects, reducing labour & push Admin role to remote country
feasibility of changes described/recommended
reference lean systems correctly to improve:
reducing delays
reference literature to explain how Lean views & improves
paperwork delays
whatever stats are needed to support our arguments
project those stats
