Testing my group ideas through prototype, it helped me realize that to design a product or service make customers satisfy muse be based on their needs and wants. Instead of guessing the users wants, I figured out the value by interacting insights into their actual needs and their feedback. At the same time, the solutions overcome the competition from others competitors.
