EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report illustrates evaluation and analysis of the most important force that has an influence in a restaurant business and explains why Customer service and quality is considered significant. The reason to conduct this is restaurant facing problems among the staff as they do not know how to behave and solve the problem in a peak times. That is way teamwork is taken as an essential part of general area and is explained why it is important for current situation of organization. Moreover, to understand core concept of model training design module is used and explained in the case of TANGO restaurant.
INTRODUCTION
In today’s current business life Training and Development play essential role in Human Resource to begin any employment relationship. Training is facilitating knowledge, skill or behavior that is important to manage current situation successfully. At the same time, Development also refers to skill and knowledge but it involves experience and education for future performances in the organization.. Usually, big companies with Human Resource Department have experts for staff training and development. The aim of this report is to investigate and examine how the customer service and quality emphasis is important in the restaurant business and in which area training and development program must be focused on.

The Importance of Quality Customer Service in the Workplace
There is no any business without customers. In restaurant business meeting customer needs and wants is very essential. To provide an excellent customer service client serving culture must pervade all the way through the organization. The customers in the restaurant primarily take into consideration quality of the food and performance of the people work there.. Thus, the workers must understand what the customer wants and provide them with excellent service. Usually, this puts the employees who work with customers in a difficult situation. In this case employees need service skills and product knowledge and must be clear what decisions they can make in order to deal with customers. When all staff understand that the success and future of the business connected to pleasing clients, they take initiative to make qualitative customer service. (Noe, 2012). If the restaurant do not meet the quality standard of customer service no matter how delicious the food is or how prestigious the restaurant is there will be restrictions on customers.
Customers Are Brand Ambassadors
Clients share their experience of the food and service with their friend, collogues or family. That is way, it is very significant to make customer happy as this is the best way to increase the business day by day.
Customers Are Brand Loyal
When people spend money and are happy with service and the food there are more likely to be loyal customers. Therefore, excellent customer service is directly linked to client maintenance. Shortly stated, if the customer have satisfied customer experience they come back, if not they move to other competitors.
SELECTION OF GENERAL AREA
Teamwork generally understood when the group of people wants to work altogether to achieve their goal. In my view team consisted of individuals who put their strength and skills together a committee teamwork, so as to produce useful results for the organization and members of the team. However teamwork might be different. For example we can see a group of people working together as a team to committee which we can not consider as a team as it is random cooperation just to work effectively for some period but not always. JUSTIFICATION OF SELECTION OF GENERAL AREA
In the case of “TANGO” restaurant teamwork is very significant. Currently the restaurant facing with teamwork problems. When it gets busy employees do not know how to behave and solve the problem. That is way all the employees must be trained and their skill must be developed. Teamwork offers workers to feel supportive and trust atmosphere as they try to work cohesively in a team. When works trust each other they can make friendly environment that makes customer happy and satisfied with service.
Teamwork offers the organization and employees to become familiar with each other and and learn how to work as a team. There are so many causes why teamwork is important for company to succeed and to develop each individual. One of the benefits in the workplace is that leaders and the members of the team improve the skills of dividing tasks so as to be done by the most qualified employees. . Without teamwork it might be hard for managers to identify which staff member is the best to do given task. Besides that workin in the group allows people to do the task more quickly and efficiently. Especially, in restaurant business the term means to contribute effectively as a team member for the safety of the consumers and for the benefit of organization. And in restaurant the aim of the teamwork is to provide the safe and delicious food and good customer service. Each member of the team should work in professional manner to impress client. Teamwork is not just about doing same job but it goes throughout organization from managers to floor staff including chiefs, kitchen hands, front staff and others. As it is obvious teamwork is very important in restaurant business. That is way “TANGO” restaurant first of all must focus on training and development of the teamwork. the restaurant primary objective is not about making profit but about the best food and service.

In conclusion, it is obvious that restaurant business is growing day by day and it makes customer expect high quality product and service. That is way, in order to be in one of the best restaurant list TANGO restaurant should analyze expectation and preferences of the customer and take a step to train and develop staff teamwork abilities.
