a. Launch a new Helping Hoops program in a new Geographic location (outside of Melbourne).
b. Document the process of starting a new program. This requires you to create a new template (maximum three pages), that can be used by Helping Hoops when launching a new future program, which ensures that all necessary steps are taken.
Please refer to the 2014 – 2015 Annual Report as found in this link: http://www.helpinghoops.com.au/wp-content/uploads/HelpingHoopsAnnualReport20142015.pdf

Replace red text with your information.
In Scope Out of scope (exclusions) Assumptions Constraints
What are you going to do in the project? This document is used to develop and confirm a common understanding of what is to be done in the project. There may be several versions of the scope statement and each one will come more detailed as the project progresses and more information becomes available.
What might stakeholders think is going to be done but, from your perspective, is not going to be done – this is required to clearly establish and limit the expectations of stakeholders to the project scope.
What may be assumed to be so or not so in your project? You must clearly state what is assumed to be in place, useable or available for use, before commencing the project. It may be staff, resources, facilities; anything that you believe is existent and available.
Constraints are things that restrict your options for the project. Are there any things that come into this category? They will have an impact on the ability of the project team to complete the project.
