So; this assignment basically makes focus on the knowledge and information and also recognize the foundations of the knowledge management in respect of the knowledge infrastructure. Ans-1: The high qualitative data information has been considered as the crucial part in management of an organization. In the current scenario of management and analysis, there is lack of quality data and information is a serious concern. So; it would always be advantageous for an analyst or a business organization to use the collected data for the taking some important decisions in order to implement the business objectives. There are lots of data being generated from daily operation of the business at each level of the management. Such data being available in the computerized information system set in the organization. The departmental head prepare the various types of report useful for the top level of management to take the important decisions and for implementation of the operational policy. Now; it is possible that the data and information collected and analyzed for one purpose may not be useful for other purpose. In other way we can say that; the information of one department may not be useful for all the decisions taken from total interest of the company point of view. Be that as it may, the utilization and examination of big data must be founded on exact and great data, which is a vital condition for creating an incentive from data. In this manner, we examined the difficulties confronted by data and proposed a quality evaluation structure and appraisal handle for it. For example; the managerial person the crucial information of overall working of all the departments are very crucial data information for important decision making purpose, and on the other hand one departmental data does not have any use for another department. For example, data information of IT department is not useful for production department. There are some of the important features of CoP that makes it successful:  A common interest that connects the whole community together and hold them  A community in this structure are bound by the shared activities  The members in the community do inform to other member about their participation So; the group of doctors or people working in the different hospitals can make the community and serve for the better practice in the society. They can exchange the crucial information with each other and helps each other to improve the service of hospital.
