It is assumed that thereis a proper network connection such as a wide area network (WAN)within the human services department which makes it possible to transmit all process details and documents to various recruitment agencies and university placement department and vice-versa. 2. It is assumed that university placement department and other recruitment agencies including the ABC company have efficiently designed websites through which candidates can gather information about various available job positions and related job applications. 1.2. It is recommended that HS department of ABC company repairs the existing recruitment system by modifying their databases, software so that HS department can upload the job advertisements and job application form directly on the recruitment agencies website. 2. It is highly recommended that the hiring manger develop a new manual process to review the job application forms so that he instantly knows whether a candidate is new or not. This in turn will save hiring manager a lot of time.   2. Data Model using ERD: 2.1. ERD Diagram: 2.2. Assumptions: 1. On successful completion of application form by the candidates, both the Candidate and Agents and submit job applications to Hiring Manager. 2. Each candidates job application is for a specific position (job advert) within the ABC company 2.3. Recommendations: 1. A system that automatically rejects incomplete job applications should be implemented to reduce time taken to sort through the following applications. 2. The new system will include a word check that searches for specific key words in each resume. These key words help indicate whether or not candidates qualify for the job.
