Write this journal in 1800 words in APA referencing style, following in line to questions 1-4 below:
NB:Reflection is an important component of the process. Reflective writing aims to allow students to explore issues and concepts react to content and explain their reaction. Students can identify the links and disconnects in the views presented by multiple authors and consider what is appropriate for their own circumstances.
A) First, prepare a personal statement on any problem solving and decision-making.
B) Second, allocate some time to reflect on the topic of managerial problem solving and decision-making, and identify key messages and explain how they have assisted you to understand problem solving and decision-making processes and to recognize and overcome hurdles in the processes.
C) Thirdly, where appropriate, add reflective comments to your personal statement to demonstrate how your initial views have been confirmed, challenged or expanded, try to be genuine and thoughtful in your reflective writing from your organisational perspective or create one. Your journal should be presented in a professional report-style format comprising a table of contents, completed personal statement with well reflected academic comments and an APA reference list.
Q1. Describe a past workplace scenario (preferably based on reality) where you were informed of a relatively complex or significant problem and it was your responsibility to get it “fixed”.
Q2. With regard to the scenario identified in Q1, now describe the problem solving process that you used. You may wish to comment on how you: defined the problem, used tools/information to generate solutions, identified the best solution, implemented the solution, communicated with stakeholders and evaluated the solution.
Q3. With the benefit of hindsight, how effective wasyour judgment in the decision-making process and overall solution for your workplace?
