Task 1 title:How to implement principles of support in health and social care practice Scenario 1 You are working inSt Vincent's House Care Home, a residential setting for older people who have dementia or mental health needs or others. As a senior care worker within the setting, you have been asked by your line manager, to put together a number of training/study materials, to support new employees in carrying out their work roles effectively and also for their professional development. Task 1 (1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 M3 and D3) First, your line manager has asked you to participate in the induction process for new employees, by producing a training/information booklet on the implementation of principles of support, into the health and social care practice of the setting. You may refer to your own setting, whilst maintaining full confidentiality, with regard to names and contexts.
