I. INTRODUCTION
T
HE focus is mainly on handling the rapid technology change with the change in the media and the falling prices, with the planned obsolescence. The solutions are based on working over the framework and the logistics that are for the proper collection of the services. There is different display of the units with the check on how the e-waste is generated with the replacement with the constant needs for the new and the higher tech products. There are forms where the electrical wastes are set to check on the evaluability and the scarcity of the materials. The companies need to check the products with the spans where the customers need to check on the product and the forms with the agreement based on increasing the discarding of the electronic devices. [1] The disagreement is set with the attempt to hold the regulations over the electronic concern over the environmental standards. There are critics for the trading in the use of the electronics to maintain the forms with the brokers setup or mainly through the development of the countries.
The e-waste present the security for the threats to the individual and the other countries, where the hard drivers are not erased completely. The focus is on handling the recycling of the e-waste management with the setup that contains the valuable elements and the substances. The major challenge is about how the recycling of the printed products comes when there are circuits set to include the processing by the melting circuit boards. The conventional methods are set to determine the needs with the separation of the metals of value with lower form of the recycling efficiency. 11] There are challenges related to the processing of the waste where the conventional methods are mainly employed with the separation and the lower forms of the recycling efficiency. There are alternative methods that include the proper disposal of the reusing materials that can prevent the health problems or the reduced forms of the greenhouse gas emissions.
II. RESEARCH OVER THE E-WASTE
It has been seen that there are different units which are set to determine the forms of the electronic and the electrical devices which could not easily be used again. Here, there is a need to check on which product has the liability for the reuse, resale or the salvage. It mainly depends on how the work is able to maintain the certification with the responsibility of how the electronics tend to recycle and reduce the environment and the human health impacts. As per the research, there have been different researches on how to work on increased use of the reusable formats with the conservation of the limited resources. There are Environment Protection Agency which is set to reuse and recycle the minimized exposure to the human health system. The assurance is based on the safety management with the materials to handle the destruction with the demonstration about the audits with the specifications of the higher environmental standards and the safety management that use the electronics. The certification is based on the different forms and the standards which include the continual forms of the oversight that is depending mainly on the certifying bodies. [12] It is important to check on the research of the Consumer Electronics Associations where the urge is mainly to deal with the standards and the other forms of the consumer manufacturing operations. The processing is based on the different assessment where the forms are set with the collection of the dust and the other emissions which are caught by the scrubbers and the screens.
The recycling of the raw materials is mainly set from end of life electronics which is important for working on the e-waste problems. There are standards which match to the different ideals along with the dismantling effect to provide with reusing the possibilities with impacting the natural resources. The additional forms of the recycling tend reduce and maintain the decrease of the amounts of any form of pollutants in the atmosphere. As per the article research by Rebecca, 2017, it has been seen that there are different forms of the computers which are found to be hazardous in the different parts of Australia. There are different types of the processing techniques which use the convey materials for the shredding with the screening process. [10] The process is also based on working over the materials with the monitoring effects through the check on the health as well as the welfare of the child to work on the different projects. It has been that over 500 container loads, there are electronic wastes that comes from the different countries which lead to the loading of the product. There are piles formation of the e-waste that tends to grow with the working ventures that are completely set in the non-profitable group.
It is seen that there are different hazardous smokes and the gases that are captured, contained and then treated mainly to mitigate the environmental threats. The forms are set with the electronic waste with the recycling plant combining with improved recovery and the cost effectiveness. The pattern are based on the reuse which is the best option for the recycling as it is able to expand the life of the device. [2]
III. BENEFITS OF RECYCLING
The patterns are set to check on the forms where there are effective solutions for the growing of the e-waste problems. There are electronic standards which works on the dismantled use of the structures, where the possible range is set for the reduction in the amount of the greenhouse gases. There is a need to check on the materials where the 3D printing has been designed with the production of waste that could be recycled easily. The forms are set with the benefits when the recycling methods are used. This includes the benefits of the recycling that are extended to handle the responsible for aiming to minimize the dangers mainly to the human health.
With this, there is a need to check on the management practices with the consideration of the local and abroad standards. The forms are set where the companies are also responsible for handling the manufacturing with the electronic wastes substances. Some of the major points are:
1. Recycling with saving of the resources. There is a possibility to use the materials that are converted into the new products and there is a need to consumer the resources.
2. With this, there is a need to focus on the resources that tend to save the energy with the use of the recycled materials which make use of the energy for producing the new products from the raw materials.
3. The recycling includes the refining and the processing of the raw materials which are mainly for creating the substances and then reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.[3]
4. The recycling helps in reducing the incineration with the reprocessing the new products. The results are set with the amount of rubbish that is sent for the incineration
The electronic substances of the waste include the assembling of the new products with the others that can be reduced to the metals. The substances are set to include the different materials.
There is a proper setup of the reduce, reuse and the recycle for the people, where one needs to focus on handling the recycling than just reducing the amount of the trash. Hence, for this, the time and the effort is applied with reducing the size of the landfills. The recycling is set with the promotion of reducing the strain on the environment. The standards are set for the holding of the trash with the benefits that related to keep the pollution check. [8]
There is a need to take hold of the conservation of the natural resources where the forms are set to handle the resources that are for the recycling. It also includes the system with the receiving of the large quantities of the recyclable materials. There is a employment opportunity with the recycling that is for the depositing of the trash for the recycling. The people are the workers who provide the stability to the process with the setup of the system where the government has different policies in place with the financial benefits for those who tend to recycle. The government mainly focus on the policies where the financial benefits are set for those who want to recycle. This will help in saving the time and money. For the people, there are major benefits which are related to the recycling that is set for the economic development. The bits of the sampling are set with the growth of the scarce resources in the country. [9]
A strong economy is set with the efficiency in the nature where there is a need to check on the current waste disposal of the system. There is a need to work on the reduced forms of the greenhouse gases which is set with reduced air and water pollution. This will help in handling the recycling with the simulation of the use of the greener technologies. [4]
It also includes the bringing of the different group and the communities together with the recycling that is based on picking the trash from the roads and then collecting the waste materials mainly to raise it for the schools and colleges.
IV. 4 LEVELS OF THINKING
There are events where according to the article of Rebecca, 2017, it has been seen that the levels are set for Westpac to handle the control with the processing of the electronic wastes. This is hazardous mainly as it lacks certain regulatory frameworks with the e-waste that ends up into the dumping only. Hence, for this, there are warnings about the different recycling processes to avoid any costs or the legitimate disposal. [7] Here, there are events which are collected to work on the recycling process with the export of the waste that comes from Australia to the other countries that is completely illegal.
The patterns are set to enhance the system processing and working is based on the adverse effects of the e-waste. There are patterns which works on handling the problems related to the skin diseases as well as the heart. The standards are set where there are refined forms for the Australian e-waste recycling to receive the emails from all the hungry buyers as well.
The structure of the system is also depending upon the use of the growth where the e-wastes are set to discard their old computer and then build the waste. Hence, for this, it is also seen that there is a need to check on getting the smarter options with the better jobs of the people. [6]
The mental methods, thoughts and the morals are set with the values to take hold of the systematic procedures with the detrimental effects of the pollutants. This is mainly caused due to the burning of the e-waste materials.
V. ORIGIN AND GROWTH OF PROBLEM
There are issues related to the electronic industry base where the companies are trying to foster over the electronic gadgets. The advancement includes the forms where there is a cheaper form of the electronic gadget that has been set with the advancement of the competition that comes from the company. The rate is also rising with the new devices that tend to launch depending upon the introduction of the product that has been set by the other company.
There are different companies focusing on handling the cheaper and the easy forms of the electronic gadgets. The growth of the technologicaldevices has led to thechange in the life of the people. With the change in technology,it is seen that the computers have the average life where the rise is in the globalisation.
The growth of the population is one of the reason where the people are trying to increase the buying of the computers and the lapops that is sset under the middle and the higher class standards for buying the product which is new cool product. The e-waste rate is going up with making up problems more dangerous.[5]
The human mentality is mainly when there are people who try to get the better jobs with the better payment that includes the people who tend to buy more new computers. The development of the technology is set with the disposal of the larger numbers of the end of life equipment. The technology is set with the lighting of the fast speed where the new products and the appliances are set with the multinational corporations. the human mentality is mainly for giving more power of money to the common people where there has been a change in the mentality with increased population. The theory is set to determine the methods of the unitary patterns along with working over the increased population standards.
To handle the issues, there is a need to check on how the waste is thrown without thinking of the possible applications for it. Here, it is important to check on the usage of the storage devices where there is a need to check on the increased use of the pen drives as well as the other things that tend to adopt to the changes with the replacement of the old products with the new products. The forms are also set to determine the structure where the later leads to the harms when we are causing the harm to ourselves.[4]
It has been seen that the e-waste processing plants need to handle the standards of the e-waste trafficking options with the check on the water pollution, soil pollution and the other soil crop food pathways. This is also important for the contents in the shell.
With the changing technology, the mobile phones and the computers are considered to be the biggest problems as they are generally replaced more often. In this competitive world, there are larger consumptions of the electronic equipment which is set for the greater technological advancement with the check on handling the superseded forms. The amount of the e-waste is set with the consequence that is for the pursuing of the new model of the customers and the strategy for designing to dump of the manufacturers with reaching a higher level of sales for better profits. [3]
As per the research, the technology change has been affecting the growth of the products and the appliances where there is a need to evaluate and keep a check on the system standards with the major influence of the market sections. The business is mainly to deal about how the middle class technology is able to handle the different quality and the management issues. The management forms are set with the increased population with unitary methods.

There are toxins and the pollutants that affect the environment and so it is important to check on the cancer producing the dioxins with the release of the particles set in the air. The focus is on handling the increased rate of the e-waste recycling which has been set when there is increase in the number of the products which are manufactured. The forms of the technology is also set to meet the advancement in the technology along with working over the alarming extent of different types of wastes. The air pollution for the e-waste recycling is set when the brominate dioxin emission with the hefty metals are set where he major impact is on the fragmentation of the system setup.[2] The particles are also for the system handling with the check on how the nearby areas are able to handle the flow and supply of the different toxins.
VI. CONCLUSION
There are forms which focus mainly on the reduce, reuse and the recycle which is important for handling the system and its repairing of the different parts. There are other recycling methods which include the solutions for the effective recovery of the wastes and to handle the usage in the future. The forms are mainly set to determine the dismantling and providing the reusage of the facilities when the natural resources are generally conserved.
