The organisation's Strategy (5 marks) Clearly explain the organisation's strategy, discussed stakeholders, org. strucutre, the role of Information system in Heineken and its alignment to organisational goals and the opportunities.
Enterprise Analysis (10 marks) Detailed current status, business needs, different elicitation, analysis and requirements specification techniques and gathered requirements based on the information provided in the case study.
System Evaluation (10 marks) System evaluation was conducted using the requirements specified earlier to determine the efficiency and appropriateness of the system.
Potential Change Management Issues (5 marks) Detailed the importance of Change management and management support, identified processes (to be changed), outlined end user perceptions of the system, potential risks and the role change agent needs to play in implementing changes.
