Students will complete an individual organisational analysis of a workplace examining perceived challenges and barriers/strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) while suggesting solutions for organisational change. Description: In 3000 words construct an individual assignment titled: - "Discuss the leadership style of a selected organisation using a modern management theory and discuss the leadership style with examples”. In your answer define the elements of organisational behaviour and relevant aspects of modern management theory and practice including planning, organising, leading and controlling. Finally discuss what leadership style best suits your organisation.
