Introduction This is an era of globalization; large group of organization are looking for establish their empire in all over the world. When they move into other countries, they face new markets and their business policy. Here I am going to explain a business research for developing business in foreign countries. International business studies have been carried out on large scale with long period spending on it. These two last centuries are brought huge changing for international market and too many companies are expanding their trade in internationally. But whenever any organization go to set them market in other countries they face too many problems there. Different countries are having a variable style of culture ethics, different market strategies, variable brand power, different communication techniques and because of that some big organization are very successful in one country but they go failure in other countries. 2. Aim and Objectives This research has aim to find out the available market and problems for any kind of organization in other countries for set updown in other countries and successfully expand its market worldwide. By this method companies are easily find out the need of markets, cultural nuances, communication style, reliable partner. For example, McDonald is selling different types of menu in different country by surveying needs and available taste of the localmarket culture. 4.
