Wesfarmers is an Australian based company which has its headquarters at Perth. It has its operations in retail, fertilizers and chemicals, industrial and products related to safety. It is a public based company and has been registered on Australian stock exchange. The company has been branded as largest employment provider in Australia and has provided employment to about 205, 000 employees. The company was founded in 1914 as service provider and provided services to the farmers in Western Australia. It serves various areas like Bangladesh, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom etc. Richard Goyder is the CEO of the company. The recent study of the data has recorded its current revenue of 65.98 billion Australian Dollars. The profit earned by the company is 2.35 billion Australian Dollars. The operating income stands at 3.61 billion Australian Dollars. 1.1. Phase 1:
The phase one deals with the planning phase where the different departments will be involved in the planning process of the new project.
