Training is very important for any job and the effects of lack of proper training among healthcare professional have been discussed. The ways of improving the scenario are discussed as well. The methodology, data collection method, data analysis all are discussed in brief. Keywords Healthcare, Cancer Council Australia, Methodology, Data Collection, Data Analysis. Introduction Healthcare is one of the most important service sectors in the society that it needs the most skillful and expert employees to serve the sector. Still there are some concerns over the proper working atmosphere because of the training procedures that that the professional employees undergo. The recent development in technology and advancement has shed its effect on the field of healthcare services too. Identification of Training Problems Training process of the healthcare workers goes through a number of stages. This includes both theories and practical experiences in hospital situations.Healthcare workers include doctors, nurses and other people who contribute to look after the well-being of patients. It needs the concept of cross trainings along with trainings to achieve a positive result in the field. The importance of better performance in the in-house enhances their skills as successful professionals. Proper training materials and updated technologies should be made available in the country for better outcomes. Things that add to this are the poor salary, lack of advancement affects the proper training interest among employees. The chosen organization of this research analysis Cancer Council Australia deals with cancer patients. Cancer patients are those who require much sympathy and communication with the doctors and nurses (Namkoong et al., 2013). Improvement of communication skills deal with another aspect of training for the healthcare workers (Moore et al., 2013). Methodology In a methodology, a particular study is analyzed in a scientific way. In this assignment, one research philosophy has to be chosen. The research philosophy to be followed here is the qualitative research method. In a quantitative research method, the study of phenomenon is generally avoided and the stress is given on the objective viewpoint. The topic of discussion for this assignment focuses on the effectiveness of training in the healthcare organizations. Training methods have to be improved in the organizations and the concept of online training programs should be introduced. Here, the kind of study that should be discussed is the exploratory study because it talks about establishing the priorities and discusses about the topic more clearly to have a clear idea about the theme of the topic. Data Collection As data collection is a very crucial part and it provides authentification to a research work, data collection is must for every research work. The secondary method of data collection would be used to justify the project through different books, journals and different articles from websites (Ritchie et al., 2013). Data Analysis After collecting the data, it has to be analyzed properly. As a very important tool for research activities, it must be done. The data have to be analyzed using different important facts and a proper de-synthesizing of the data (Miles, Huberman & Saldana, 2013).The topic of effectiveness of training of employees needs to be go through a data analysis because without that the sufficient need for inventing new processes for training cannot be invented. The employees have to be taught new processes of training by evaluating the shortcomings All the subsequent ethical issues have been maintained in accordance to all the aspects (Miller et al. 2012). There are some limitations regarding this research and those limitations cannot be violated. There are future scopes for the further research on this subject. Conclusion In the above assignment, the effectiveness of training in healthcare services has been discussed thoroughly. The need for proper training and the better results and findings are described. The outline of a research work has been followed with the basic structure of a research. A better and skillful manpower for healthcare services can be provided by following the probable remedies.
