Problems The commonwealth government of Australia has release one online system name as “My Health Record”. This system helps the doctor, patients and the hospital to keep the health summary online on the system. So, every patient can check their health report and they can give an access to the person whom they want to show their health summary. However, there are some of the issue which affects the patient details and health record in online system. Australian Digital Health Agency (2016) The system has issues such as the health care provides information to the system and that might be the feck documents. In addition, the clinical information system in which the personal details are displayed is not safe for the patient. (Burdon, 2017) Secondly, there are some of issues regarding clinical quality, security of clinical record and lack of communication with their patient. Australian government (2016) In child health record there are several issues regarding to the growth chart and the issues that user cannot use perfectly and get many bugs while using this system. Some issues are regarding to the unsupported web browser which patient used and doesn’t work for that system. The last issue regarding to my health record system will be the cost issue. In the recommendation, the new system should be updated in several part of a system. The important thing is to keep contact with the patient and keep their health record updated. In addition, they should communicate with patient or clinical information system who are using this system for their health record. So, the updated health information will be in the system so they can get perfect solution on their health issue. Capabilities The new system will be capable of all this features: In my heath record system, (Australian Digital Health Agency, 2016) patient can access their own health record anytime and from any place using this system. If they want to give access to their doctors, they can manage to give access to other person. In this system, there are record regarding to hospital admission and discharge in my health record. The patient all reports and x- Ray report are safe in this online system and they will be updated when it is required. The information regarding to the patient medical prescription and they can send their information from this system to each other. The People are sharing their health summary in this system. So, if doctor can help them and they know all summary of the patient. If there are some of the event regarding to the medication or some health check-up that can be displayed on this system. In this system, person can create and view special letters regarding health care. They can add all important information about their health such as emergency contact details, information about allergies which they have and plans of taking care in advance. Benefits There are several benefits for using My Health record system Australian Digital Health Agency (2016): The main benefit of this system is the person whose health record is online can manage by themselves and they want to give access to the doctor and selected hospital that also they can control the access. They can display and show the information in this system for possible medical care by themselves or doctor or specific hospital. In this system, there are some of the improvements in all parts like improved in mediation safety, easy to get information about medication are the benefits for using my health record system. In (2016) it is easy to share information between doctors and hospital. For example, a patient first visiting to a GPs and have more issue with health then GPs will send that patient to Hospital so between GPs and Hospital that patients health report can be share to each other easily. Department of health (2016) this system can be benefit for the patient because with the help of this new system patient can get perfect treatment on time because doctor or hospital have already checked the patient history before patient come and talk about the health issues.  References Australian digital health agency.
