1 TITLE: Urban Tourism Field Report CODE: TLH307 CREDITS: 20 ASSESSMENT METHODS: Field Report: (100%) of module mark SunSpace & JIRA/Webservices Deadline: Tuesday 13th June 2017 at 16:00 This assesses learning outcomes 1, 2, 3 and 4 Maximum of 4000 words The case study is determined by the tutor on a termly basis (All students have to participate in the field visit to collect data) Assessment: The assessment for this module is 100% field report research into an aspect of urban tourism. Although you may formulate your project groups, and can gather your data as a group, this is where the group work ends. You must analyse the data separately. You must write up your research report individually and independently of your other group members. You will receive an individual mark for your work. The final report is an individual assignment based on your field notes and the data collected during the fieldwork visit. It should include, as a minimum: a. An introduction to urban tourism b. Discussion of relevant literature: including urban tourism and literature that relates to your chosen topic/research focus c. Methodology d. Results e. Discussion and Conclusions
