If I want to force myself to be in my control or can say more organized then surely that there is a need of change that change might be mine today’s time action plan on the other hand the stress caused by our reaction to an event can only tackle by finding the causes of the same and ways to cope up. According to Benjamin Franklin, “time is the stuff of which life is made. If that is true, it means that time management is no more than self-management. I have chosen this skill because from my viewpoint I got stressed easily in every situation and am lacking behind in managing time effectively in most of the circumstances. There are so many fields in which I can see that positivity after following all strategies of time and stress management few of them are Busy v/s productive : I used to feel like I am running out of time like other people I need somehow extra time to accomplish my goals but with time and stress management I am more relieve and productive. I do not waste much of my time on things that need not to be done. Now my time wastage decreased by around 30% Goal Setting: The most prime of time management skills is the ability to use your time in a manner which serves our goals. Previously my goals were unclear but with proper strategies of management now i am nearly close to my well defined long term goal. Prioritize Created a list of everything that I do and categories as: indispensable, main and nice-to-do. Spending excessive time and energy on stupid and unnecessarily things wastes time and diverts our mind from what's important. I used to waste my time in the middle very stressed diverted from what’s more important , made life bit more tougher .Nowadays with a list of everything to do in systematic manner makes it much easier. Focus on the present. The most important thing that I learnt from stress and time management is don’t worry about future and past you cannot change them but you can focus on your things that are happening now to create a difference in life , WEEK 1 The 80/20.( Pareto principle) Applying this rule means making a list of the most significant and essential goals Got clear and defined goal in week 1 Week 2 The Principle of Forced Efficiency It is about giving priority to our most important tasks Slowly learnt to do important things in lesser time Week 3 The Momentum Principle To apply this principle, the most important goals must become clear in long and short term run. And then it’s easy to follow them Right pathway of goal adopted Week 4 The Concept of Psychic Ram It is better to write down all unfinished tasks and organize them on a paper. After writing down things, reviewing is quite easy Week 5 The Principle of Suggestion Figure out the important things to be done and writing them down. Brainstorming for remembering things
